Majority Leader Francis Tolentino (Senate Public Relations and Information Bureau)
MANILA, Philippines — Senator Francis Tolentino filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) on Tuesday to seek reelection in the 2025 polls.
He lodged his COC for senator at the designated Commision on Elections (Comelec) venue in Manila Hotel at 11:00 a.m.

Tolentino was elected senator in 2019. He served as Tagaytay City mayor for three consecutive terms from 1995 to 2004, and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chairman from 2010 to 2015.
