MANILA, Philippines — Senator Lito Lapid filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for his reelection bid on Wednesday.
Lapid, along with former senators Vicente Sotto III and Panfilo Lacson who are also seeking a comeback, filed his COC at Manila Hotel Garden City.

Lapid has been an incumbent senator since 2019 and is among the 12 senatorial candidates endorsed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
He previously served as a senator from 2004 to 2016.
