Phillip Salvador vows support for drug rehab if he wins elections

MANILA, Philippines — Senatorial aspirant Phillip Salvador said on Thursday that he would support the programs of drug rehabilitation to curb crimes in the country if he wins in the midterm elections.

According to Salvador, he wants to ensure that the number of drug addicts in the country would decrease.

(I believe in what he did because it was for our benefit. But now, for me, let us give the drug addicts a chance to be put in rehabilitation because even if they are addicts, they have families who love them.)

Meanwhile, as part of his platform, Salvador also said he would push for a budget increase for law enforcement agencies.
