MANILA, Philippines – Incumbent Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto on Saturday formalized his bid for a third term as the city’s chief executive.
Vice Mayor Dodot Jaworski, also seeking reelection, will run alongside Sotto in the 2025 polls.
Sotto in a Threads post on Thursday linked his expected rival, businesswoman Sarah Discaya, to companies St. Gerrard Construction and St. Timothy Construction Corporation (STCC).

STCC withdrew from a partnership with 2025 election provider Miru Systems, the Commission on Elections confirmed on Thursday.
