MANILA, Philippines – Government work and classes at all levels will be suspended starting 12 noon on Thursday, October 31, to allow public sector employees and students to travel to their home provinces ahead of the Undas holidays, Malacañang announced on Tuesday, October 22.

“In order to provide government employees full opportunity to properly observe traditional All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day activities, allow them to travel to and from different regions in the country, and promote domestic tourism, work in government offices and classes at all levels shall be suspended on 31 October 2024 starting 12 pm,” read Memorandum Circular No. 67 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.
