Severe Tropical Storm Nika (Toraji), the Philippines’ 14th tropical cyclone for 2024, is threatening Luzon.

Nika could make landfall in Isabela or Aurora on Monday, November 11, then cross other areas in mainland Luzon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
